The room Renzo is a double room equipped with a comfortable bed to be set up according to the request with two separate beds or double bed.
Not being able to stay away from his beloved, the room Renzo shares the bathroom with the room Lucia.
Among the services provided there are: air conditioning, possibility to enjoy a good tea or infusion, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, digital TV, small refrigerator, free Wi-Fi and E-bikes rental.
The room can also be used by a single guest.

Near the accommodation facility there are several free parking spaces and just 3 minutes away you will find a supermarket for any need.
Despite being in a quiet village, there are several restaurants, pubs and bars in the surrounding area.
Just 5 minutes walk, you will be on the shores of Lake Como; along the cycle-pedestrian path you will then reach the lakeside of Lecco and its center.

What time is it possible to check in and check out?

It is possible to check in between 1 pm and 7 pm on the day of arrival.
Extensions are granted in case of events and / or situations not dependent on the customer, such as delayed flights or trains. Please kindly contact the accommodation facility for more information.

The check out will be possible no later than 10 am on the day of departure.

Is breakfast included as standard with all rooms?

If you book a room directly from our website, you will have the possibility to choose the room only rate, or the one including breakfast.

What time is the breakfast served?

Breakfast is served every morning in the dining room located on the ground floor from 07:30 am to 09:30 am. In case of special needs we are available to agree otherwise.
Guests are asked to communicate special needs upon arrival and to report any known food intolerances and allergies.
