What time is it possible to check in and check out?
It is possible to check in between 1 pm and 7 pm on the day of arrival.
Extensions are granted in case of events and / or situations not dependent on the customer, such as delayed flights or trains. Please kindly contact the accommodation facility for more information.
The check out will be possible no later than 10 am on the day of departure.
Is it possible to do an early check in or late check out?
Any arrivals and departures outside the established hours must be agreed in advance, by contacting the accommodation facility or speaking with a manager at least 2 days before.
In any case, it depends on the rooms/apartments availability.
What is included in the room or apartment rate?
If you book a room directly from our website, you will have the possibility to choose the room only rate, or the one including breakfast. If you choose to book an apartment instead, the rate includes accommodation only.
Do the children below 3 years old pay for the stay?
No, the stay for children between 0 and 2 years old is free.

What time is the breakfast served?
Breakfast is served every morning in the dining room located on the ground floor from 07:30 am to 09:30 am. In case of special needs we are available to agree otherwise.
Guests are asked to communicate special needs upon arrival and to report any known food intolerances and allergies.
Are bathroom linen and hygiene products provided?
Yes. You will have a bath towel, a face towel and a guest towel. We also provide shower gel and shampoo.
Do you provide a laundry service?
The laundry service is available on the ground floor, every day from 10 am to 8 pm.
The service is included in the rate for those staying in the apartments.
For those who stay in the rooms and want to use this service, the price is € 5.00.
Do you have free WiFi internet network available?
Yes, every room and apartment is covered by a free WiFi Internet network.
Does the accommodation facility have parking?
There are several accessible and free car parks near the accommodation facility.
Which is the closest train station?
The closest train station is Lecco Maggianico, which is only 15 minutes walk away or 5 minutes by car.
Can I get to the accommodation facility by car?
Absolutely! To reach the available car parks more easily, we recommend setting Via del Sarto – Lecco on the navigator.
Is it possible to move around with public transports?
Yes, a stone’s throw from the accommodation facility there is the bus stop; Line 1 is direct to the center of Lecco.
Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is located in Orio al Serio, about 40 km away. Alternatively, the Milan-Linate airport is about 60 km away, while the Milan-Malpensa airport is about 75 km away.
Where can I get an adapter?
Ask the staff at the accommodation facility, they will get you one.
Is it allowed to smoke in the accommodation facility?
No, it is forbidden to smoke inside all rooms and apartments.
It is possible to smoke only in the outside areas, i.e. at the terrace on the top floor and outside the main entrance door, using the special ashtrays supplied.
Are pets allowed in the accommodation facility?
Yes! We are pleased to be able to accommodate four-legged friends.
In respect of other guests and for the common rules of hygiene, the owners of the animals must guarantee compliance with the rules listed below:
- Pets are allowed in our accommodation facility, upon notice;
- The cost of the pet’s stay is €5.00 per night due to a more thorough cleaning of the room and with adequate detergents and sanitizers;
- Small and medium sized dogs are allowed;
- In the common areas of the accommodation facility, animals must be kept on a leash or in a cage;
- Pets are not allowed in the dining room;
- In each room or apartment it is allowed to have a maximum of one animal;
- The customer must be adequately equipped for the well-being of his/her pet, including carriers, food and travel kennels;
- It is absolutely forbidden to let the animal climb onto the beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.;
- The pet must be used to living indoors and in a clean regime. The barking of dogs or the meowing of cats can disturb other guests;
- For your pet’s safety and comfort, the cleaners will not clean the room if your pet is left unattended. If you are present when the cleaners are working in your room, your pet must be on a leash or in a cage.
- Pet owners accept full responsibility for damages that may arise and therefore be caused by their animals.

How should I proceed if I want to confirm a reservation?
Just follow the wizard on our site. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email of your booking.
You will then pay your stay once you arrive at the accommodation facility.
What are the cancellation terms?
In the event of early departures, the payment of the total amount must be paid, net of any unused breakfasts or services.
In case of cancellation, we kindly ask you to inform the accommodation facility at least 7 days prior the arrival.
